Exchange Policy

We do not provide cash refunds, store credit, or returns.

Exchanges are allowed only once and only under these conditions:

Damaged Product: If the item arrives torn or damaged.
Size Issue: If we shipped a different size than what you ordered (e.g., you ordered L but received a different size).

Important Requirements:

Unboxing Video Proof: You must record a clear video while opening the package. The video should show the unopened parcel, shipping label, and the damage or size issue.

Same Product Only: Exchanges will be processed for the same product, if we provide different size by mistake.

No Cost to You: Approved exchanges are shipped at our expense—customers do not pay for return shipping.

Single Exchange: Only one exchange per order is permitted.

No Proof, No Exchange: If there is no unboxing video or if damage cannot be verified, we will not accept the exchange request.
